We didnt mind the extra steps but it becomes annoying when you’re having to figure it out yourself instead of being given heads up at check in. These things are only slight inconveniences but again, thats where communication comes into play. Additionally the TV remote for the room has to be picked up at the front desk, its not available the room - which we were also not advised of. So when we asked about parking he only states “its across the street”, no direction or letting us know which garage. He was polite, however, when it came to parking information he only handed us a packet about the hotel without advising us that the parking details would be on the back of it. The only downside to our stay was the lack of communication and information from the front desk rep Antonio. The rooms are well insulated from noise as well in my opinion. We stayed in a queen double bed den room with an ocean view.
The room was also spacious and beautiful.
